People with zero credit history (young adults, people who never financed anything or people who paid off everything), will benefit from our credit building products. These products report to consumer credit reports and maintain a healthy credit history as long as the consumer pays on time. We have a mixture of secured credit cards, credit builder installment loans and a service to report your rent payments!

how much is the credit repair service?
As mentioned above, we do not accept fees for our service upfront. We do not accept payments to "fix your credit" or false promises as we can not advise consumers what may can happen without actually seeing their credit reports. Our service is paid by reviewing credit reports, having you enrolled into our CRM software, materials used on your behalf, finding inaccuracies, violations and errors, along with labor. Our service is a month to month service and it is free to start our service work. In order for us to see your credit scores and reports, you must enroll into our recommended credit monitoring company (Credit Hero Score). Without this, we can not see your credit, nor do the work. It's similar to paying for an x-ray at the doctor office, without the x-ray, no one can see your broken bone.
Credit monitoring is $1 to enroll for a 7 day trail, then $19.95 each month to process new credit reports, update disputed information, show monthly scores and import your credit information directly into our system. Credit Hero Score is completely separate from our company and we do not collect any of the fees paid to them. It is only used to provide us your credit data. do i need the credit monitoring service if i have credit karma or the experian app?
Credit Karma nor the Experian app imports data from all three credit bureaus into our system, therefore we can not use those. As much as we wish your can use your free cell phone apps, it just won't work. However, if you already have a real credit monitoring membership with companies like SmartCredit, Credit Hero Score, IdentityIQ or PrivacyGuard, we can use that and you do not have to enroll into a new credit monitoring membership. We recommend Credit Hero Score, because it is the cheapest to enroll and keep a membership with.
how long can credit repair take?
When the credit bureaus receive your disputes, they investigate for 30 days. Sometimes it could take several months submitting new information if the credit bureaus refuses to remove disputed information. Sometimes there may be new things requested from you and new approaches taken. There are several methods to use and look for when disputing accounts on your credit reports. There are even times where 1 bureau may delete information, but the others don't and we need to keep trying until they agree to remove those certain items.
With all this being said, there's no certain "timeframe" to be enrolled. Some people can see obvious items removed within the first month and some clients can easily be enrolled several months if some things are needed to be resubmitted/reinvestigated. Whats needed to enroll?
Once you sign up you will receive the enrollment assessment in your email shortly after. We can not start services without this being complete. In this email, you'll enroll into credit monitoring, sign our agreement outlining everything with our service, uploading proof of identity such as a drivers license, state ID or passport and uploading proof of residence, which could be something similar to a utility bill that shows your name and address on it.

If you refused to pay back a loan or credit card, you are at risk of being sued by the bank who owns that account. Prior to missing payments, you signed an agreement promising you'll pay back the amount owed. If a creditor sues you or you currently have been sued and your wages are garnished, we have nothing to do with this and it's your job to contact a lawyer or your creditor to work out a payment plan. Owing debt and credit reporting are two separate things.

The card you put on file with us will be billed when the service payment is due. This is normally the following month after services are completed, on the date that you signed up on (unless a different date is requested). You will receive an email 7 days prior and 3 days in advance, letting you know your payment date is approaching.

With this email, you can do things such as update your payment method, request to change your payment date or request to cancel further services.

can I request a refund?
Since we are a drama-free and stress-free company, we do everything in our power to avoid issues over money. This is another reason why we do not charge any fees to begin our service, because we want our clients to understand how this process works, before money is involved. Clients also have the option to cancel services anytime, before a new month of service is started. This prevents any issues over payments. Once our service and document processing is completed, we can not offer refund for payments or void any of the credit bureau investigations, as it would be too late.
For example, if you have been enrolled for several months and claim you did not know you were enrolled into this service, there is nothing we can do, except cancel your account from further services. This is similar to creating a Netflix account and months later, request Netflix to refund you, because you forgot you created the account. They will not refund you.

is my payment method stored safely?
When you enroll into our service and place a card on file with the billing system, we can not see your card numbers or any information on the card you put on file (this is for your security). If you use a card other than yours, you are responsible for any billing associated on that card.
For example, if you use a friend's or family member's card for services, you are responsible for the billing on their card (as we can not see any information to the card you put on file). Your friend or family member can not contact us requesting information regarding your account, as this is against our security and privacy policies.
If you use someone else's card without their permission and place it on file for our services, this is a form of theft and you could face legal trouble.
