Scores not updating?
If your online account looks like the example photo above, your credit monitoring account is not active. Usually if a payment fails with the credit monitoring provider, it prevents your scores from being available every 30 days. Although this doesn't affect our process, as we receive responses directly from the credit bureaus and creditors, it still prevents your online account from updating and prevents us all from seeing your scores. The number "1" is just our code for error seeing your scores.
